Are you a factory or trading company?
We are a manufacturer.
Where is your factory located? How can I visit you?
Our factory is in Jieyang City. You may fly to Shenzhen or Guangzhou International Airport, then send us your flight number. We will arrange pick-up service for you.
Can I buy samples from you?
Sure. You are welcome to place sample orders to test our premium quality and service.
What is your warranty policy?
All products come with a 12-month warranty.
What payment terms do you accept?
T/T (Telegraphic Transfer), Western Union, MoneyGram, PayPal, etc.
Can I print my brand logo on products?
Yes. We provide professional OEM services. Free logo printing is available for bulk orders at our factory.
Can I track my order progress?
Yes. We will send you order details and photos at every production stage with timely updates.
What is your lead time? How long will it take to prepare my goods?
For orders under 1,000 pcs, shipment will be arranged within 3–7 days upon payment. Delivery via international courier takes around 3–7 working days.
How will you deliver my goods?
Door-to-door delivery via DHL, UPS, FedEx, TNT and EMS. Air freight, sea freight, dedicated shipping lines and air mail are also available upon customer request.
Can I order more items together to save shipping cost?
Yes. We also accept OEM bulk orders for various Cat network cables, telephone cables and electric wires.
